Corvettes on display for 11th year at WorldGolfVillage Saturday June 19 2012.

Returning to WorldGolfVillage in its 11th year, Vettes at the Village, an all-Corvette car show, will feature over 100 classic, late model and custom Corvettes around the Walk of Champions Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. An awards ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m. presenting Best of Show and first and second place for each class, as well as a Top 40 award plaque. All cars are eligible for the People’s Choice Award. Registration for Corvette owners is $30 and will be open from 7 to 10 a.m. To register a car, visit www.nfca.net. All proceeds from the event registrations will go to Wolfson’s ChildrenHospital. Come on out and bring family and friends.

For the last three years, David Stelbrink has chaired Vettes at the Village, where roughly 150 Corvettes are on display at WorldGolfVillage. He said that over the years it has brought in more than $25,000 for local charities.
