With Gold Support, customers have 24-hour access to experienced support technicians during a SONICWall Enterprise TAC, as well as the latest firmware features and Advance Exchange hardware exchange, all of which are combined to protect and maximize their SonicWall investment (c) the maintenance period. The first period for which the customer is entitled to maintenance services begins from the date of registration of the product on the SonicWall registration portal (the “Registration”) and ends within the period indicated in the order (the “Initial Maintenance Period”).
