(i) Global Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, either orally or in writing, between the Parties. With the exception of the conditions relating to the additional services offered for sale via the NiceLabel website, accepted or acknowledged (electronically or by other means) by the customer or a user, no amendment or addition to these general conditions is accepted, unless they are incorporated by modification and signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties. The application of the customer`s general conditions in an order is expressly excluded and contradicted by NiceLabel. If there is a disagreement between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of orders or other documents that are referred to in this Agreement or an Order, priority is given to that Agreement and then to the express terms of an Order. 3.
