It’s 5 a.m. and time for David Neves to “sharpen the saw.” On go the Nike running shoes and he’s off! Sharpening the saw is a favorite phrase of David as he is a big fan of Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He lives and breathes effectiveness.

The Glass is always “half full.”
Throughout his life, David’s been known for his abundance of energy and his positive outlook. Two important activities laid the foundation for David’s work ethic: the study of piano and the quest to become an Eagle Scout. Both of these took planning, practice, hard work, and sacrifice. David’s determination to be an Eagle Scout was realized in the shortest time allowed – two years. He had to reach multiple levels of achievement with their own requirements. Each was a goal in itself. Goal set – goal met! This developed the habit of the Scout’s motto, “Be Prepared.”

I just wanted to let you know that our agent, David Neves in Jacksonville is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hello David,

Angela and I wanted to take a moment and thank you for your assistance in selling our home.   Regrettably we utilized the services of 2 other agents and to say the least they did not do their “due diligence” in selling our home.   Our home was priced aggressively and showed well, however the lack of marketing and drive from the realtor cost us $$$$ thousands of dollars.

I have been in sales for 18+ years and am a firm believer that 10% of the sales people produce about 90% of the results.   Because of your marketing plan and drive (work ethic), I’d put you in the top 10%.
